Our store has retail, repair, lesson, and school service departments with all kinds of roles in each. Are you an expert merchandiser, a former teacher still wanting to work with students, a tinkerer, or an oboe player who really loves spreadsheets? We want to meet you!
RETAIL MANAGER​
​​
Retail Managers at IMC are employeed to guide and assist our other team members and customers about musical instruments and accessories in our store. Managers understand and convey store policies and procedures. They oversee instrument rentals, and ensure that the store remains clean and organized. They assist and de-escalate customer disagreements.
The ideal candidate would have some sort of musical background, experience in managing other humans, friendly personality, self-confident nature, ability to speak clearly to all sorts of people, be able to perform basic math under pressure, be punctual, reliable, and have good situational awareness with a willingness to learn. Managers must be able to accurately and effectively communicate to fellow staff and our customers. We really need someone who can speak Spanish!

PRODUCT SPECIALIST​

Product Specialists at IMC are required to have and convey knowledge of all musical instruments and accessories in our store, process instrument rentals, and keep the store clean and organized.
The ideal candidate would have some sort of musical background, a friendly personality, self-confident nature, ability to speak clearly to all sorts of customers, be able to perform basic math under pressure, be punctual, reliable, and have good situational awareness with a willingness to learn. Product Specialists must be able to accurately and effectively communicate to fellow staff and our customers. Please note in your submission if you speak Spanish!
